EDUM scholarship program consists of [learners/educational institutions/service providers] and is designed to be paid according to the contribution of EDUM ecosystem creation. It also plans to apply blockchain technology to proceed in the form of a decentralized autonomous organization (DAO) to solve the problems of the existing opaque donation system.
